Winners Winners.....

I apologize for taking so long to post the winners of the goodies! We are still going ninety to nothing with baseball. Plus, the biggest reason is that after our router broke up with us, we could not even connect directly into the satellite internet. Prince Charming called them, and they had to reset our antennae over the phone. I need a "How To" for blondes!!!

Without further ado........

The two winners of a rather nice size box of tons of goodies are:

Congratulations ladies! I need each of you to send me your address so I can get your Happy Mail out. My email is dwycough7@aol.com. If you read my blog frequently, you know that I will definitely have some more blog giveaways in the near future :)

I have a couple of things to share today. First off, I want to thank everyone for the prayers. I had the surgery done today, and although my arm has been hurting pretty bad all afternoon, the surgery went really well. I am posting a photo of a couple of the x-rays which were taken after the surgery. Where the one screw is diagonal, that is where they cut the bone in half and removed 3.5 millimeters of bone. I guess if I were a super hero, I would be Titanium Woman *giggle* since I am now sporting two titanium plates and 15 screws in my left arm.

I have mentioned before that Cards Magazine Blog has weekly challenges. This past week the challenge was to create a card with supplies from your stash using items that were at least a year old! How much fun is that???? Well, I had a card that I used older Jillibean Soup, Kaisercrafts Rub-Ons, and even the embossing folder is over a year old. This week the challenge is to create a card using berries (strawberry, blue berries, raspberries, etc.). I didn't get a chance to create a card for this weeks challenge, but I really encourage everyone to do it. Once you have it created, send it to paige@northridgepublishing.com
Here is my card:

Over at the Paper Trunk Blog, the Design Team is being featured and these ladies are extremely talented. I have been able to get to know them better, and they are some of the sweetest people in this world!!! I am so thrilled and blessed to be on this team with all of these wonderful women. Stay tuned to the blog......hmmmm!!!

Here is a new layout using My Little Shoebox. The photos are from Easter when Chisum was only a year old. Goodness time flies!

As always, thank y'all so much for being wonderful. I am humbled by your comments, emails, and Facebook posts and messages. Thank you for letting me ramble and always encouraging me. Plus, a HUGE thank you for inspiring me!!! Much love to each of you :)

Oh my stars, gal you've got more metal in you than some buildings. Hope that you don't fly often, you've gonna set off all the alarms! Ouch, I can't believe that you could type up all of that having just gone through that surgery. Good heavens I'd be screaming for pain meds.

Thanks so much for the gift card!!! I couldn't believe that when I read it. Hubby wanted to know what I was hooting about! Good thing he was in another room and missed the visual of the happy dance!!

Glad that all your computer problems are solved (at least for the moment, after all we are talking computers! LOL)

I'm emailing ya ASAP!
A very gentle hug,
